Why we’re different
Please have a read through to understand what we think makes us different to other clinics.
Experience and qualifications
Our therapists maintain a very high level of post-graduate training and qualifications. At CBC, we run our own training program for our therapists every Friday morning to ensure our knowledge as a team is up to date and our therapists are constantly improving their skills.
Within the CBC team, there is a diverse range of qualifications held in addition to general massage and soft tissue skills, including:
- dry needling
- myofasical release
- passive and active tissue tension
- Osteopathy
- Soft Tissue Therapy
- Remedial Massage
- Relaxation Massage
- lymphatic drainage
- Pregnacy Massage
- Kinesio Taping
We currently have team members furthering their skills by studying at either CIT or University.
What is a Soft Tissue Therapist?
A soft tissue therapist is an advanced massage therapist traditionally holding 2.5+ years of formal training. They are trained to assess posture and gait and perform special tests to assist in the management of a soft tissue injury.
The type of treatment chosen for you is primarily reliant on the conclusions reached by the initial assessment.
Better results in fewer treatments
At CBC, we don’t like to rush things but we do try to ensure that we are giving you an efficient service.
It is important to us that you have positive results from your treatment but as our main priority, we try our hardest to improve your condition in as little time possible.
Relaxed and friendly environment
At CBC, we are a very close team. We are all willing to assist each other to reach our common goal of producing the best outcomes for our clients.
We understand that you are the most crucial part of our business and aim to provide good and friendly service.
We want to ensure that from the moment you walk in, you feel welcome.
Focus on the client
At CBC, we want to ensure that we deliver a service to you that exceeds your expectations.
Commonly at the clinic, other therapists may be asked to assist during your treatment in some more complex techniques.
Problem solving
Because we want to ensure you receive the best treatment possible, our therapists take the time to research our clients’ conditions, whether this involves online research or simply seeking advice from a senior therapist.
